By using FAJAs (fajas.work), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
FAJAs is a community platform for crowdsourced tracking of potentially fake, evergreen, or phantom job listings. Users submit metadata about job listings (company name, job title, listing age, source URL) and vote on whether they appear to be legitimate.
We only collect job listing metadata — company name, job title, location, how long a listing has been posted, and the source URL. We never scrape, store, or reproduce full job descriptions.
For authentication, we use third-party OAuth providers (GitHub, Twitter/X). We store your provider user ID and display name. We do not access your repositories, tweets, followers, or any other platform data.
By submitting listings, comments, or votes, you grant FAJAs a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the metadata you submit.
Do not submit content that is defamatory, knowingly false, or intended to harass specific individuals. Submissions should focus on job listings, not individual employees.
FAJAs is a community project provided “as is” with no warranty. A listing appearing on FAJAs does not prove it is fake — it means the community has flagged it for review. We do not verify the accuracy of submissions.
We generate mathematical vector embeddings from job listing content for duplicate detection purposes. These embeddings are numerical representations that cannot be reversed into the original text. They are used solely for similarity comparison and are never displayed.
We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
